RecommendedBooster is a LOVELY woman and she is unbelievably kind to animals! I was incredibly nervous to bring my cat in to he groomed for the first time ever and wanted to sit there with him the entire time so he wouldn't be scared but she made me really comfortable leaving him in her care. I 1000000% recommend Darcy Woo for grooming!! 11/10 will be back again.
Oh my goodness, where do I start? We rescued our second child (Brandy) from the pound. We are first time pet owners. Darcy Woo was very friendly, patient and caring towards both us and our dog. She was willing to visit with us a bit to discuss some of our concerns and ongoing care of our new family member. Our girl needed ALOT of TLC. Our 1st Time was a great experience, our Lab was treated very good, price was very reasonable. Staff was super nice and answered my questions, and took the time to welcome us and our Lab, they made sure he was comfortable before taking him for his bath. Highly recommend! Thank you for treating our furry family member with such care and as if he was yours!

I have a really big cat named Baby and he is what I call a problem child. And she takes good care of him even though he gives them a really hard time!!! By the end of it he looks so pretty!! for he to put up with him she is a blessing for me!!!! Thank you so much for putting up with him!!!

I took my foster pup up to Darcy Woo's for her very first grooming experience. She was a bit nervous, but the staff did a great job taking things at her pace and making her feel comfortable. She was well taken care of came back to me happy and smelling great! ♥️
