An excellent lawyer. Caring and professional. Will try to settle out of court, but only if the settlement is fair. She fights hard for her clients, and her fees were half as much as the other side's lawyer. I highly recommend her as a divorce or custody lawyer.

Awful! – My experience with Darcia Kruase was awful. I don't feel that she gave me good direction and she caused many unnecessary problems. Save yourself a lot of headache and just someone else....

Hard Working, Compassionate, Moderate Fees – I was going through a hard time when I went to Mrs. Krause. She was sensitive and kind at a time when I was really upset. She took on my case and worked hard for me. She was a good listener and talked to me about what was best for my children. She encouraged me to be fair, even when I was so angry. A divorce costs a lot, but she was fair with her fees. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent Divorce Lawyer – I started my legal case with another attorney, then switched to Darcia Krause on the recommendation of a friend, and I could not have been more pleased. We were able to negotiate and settle my case without a big fight. She was respectful of my feelings and the needs of my children and ex-husband. I hope to never go through another divorce, but if a friend was, I would recommend Darcia Krause to them.

Patient, Professional, Thorough. – Ms. Krause was very helpful, available, and professional in her advise, and communications. She has a positive, and also realistic attitude. Difficult and Adversarial – Darcia Krause talks the talk about not being adversarial and heightening conflict in difficult situations, but she sure didn't walk the walk in our case. She made things much more difficult for both parties, probably adding to her billings in the process. Our situation could have easily been reconciled, but because of Darcia Krause, it quickly became a war zone.
