Since buying my XC90, I have brought my car to this service center for any routine maintenance (not frequent) and for their detailing services. The staff are all very nice and the service is exceptional. And if anything isn't up to par for you, David, the Service Director, will be sure to take care of it and make sure it meets your standards! I have spent thousands of dollars at DARCARS Volvo over the years, trusting them with my vehicle and my family’s safety. At my most recent visit for scheduled maintenance and a recall repair, the service advisor confirmed at drop-off that the recall repair would be completed. When I picked up the vehicle, I was told that both the scheduled service and the recall repair had been completed. I worked with Bee to get a new car and she was really great!! Bee knew a lot about the available models and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. She was patient and very open to working with me on my needs. I would definitely recommend getting a car from here and working with Bee to do it!
