I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota DARCARS, specifically with the financial manager, Kwame. From the beginning, communication was a serious issue. Despite multiple calls and messages—both directly to him and through the front desk—Kwame rarely responded. On the rare occasion he did answer, he would promise to call back within an hour but never followed through. This happened multiple times. The worest service center I ever met, Poor mgmt, spec parts s/visor was not interested for replace the defecive parts, he sabotaged with the tech to pass the defective parts as it was good... unethical and n/professional.. there are good mechanics but their s/visors are too cheap...
