The price in the store is more than DOUBLE what you see online on their OWN website, they are taking advantage of walk ins who don’t know any better, while luring in online shoppers. The people working there are teenagers who couldn’t care less about helping out customers. I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota DARCARS, specifically with the financial manager, Kwame. From the beginning, communication was a serious issue. Despite multiple calls and messages—both directly to him and through the front desk—Kwame rarely responded. On the rare occasion he did answer, he would promise to call back within an hour but never followed through. This happened multiple times.
