One of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with a parts and service department. The parts manager and service manager made what should have been a simple situation unnecessarily frustrating. Communication was practically nonexistent, accountability seemed to be completely missing, and customer service was clearly not a priority. Unimpressed. Attempting to replace a Toyota wheel cap. Quoted 42 for 4 and 19.95 for 1. Upon pickup paid 42 for 1. When looking online after the fact the price for 1 is 20. Unwilling to offer a price adjustment or return and reorder. Told there was nothing they could at this time.
