After some bad experiences in other places, I had a great experience working with Lupe and Mimi. They both were thoughtful and patient, and didn’t do a lot of the annoying things many car salesman stereotypically do. I am very happy with the vehicle, the price, and the whole experience.
Service review: We brought in a 2019 Nissan leaf with ~12500 miles for regular maintenance, there were no problems with the vehicle. First red flag: Darcars could not find the record of the service performed at another dealership at 7500 miles. I picked up the car about 5 pm (they said pick up before 7 pm) and the brakes felt pretty bad.... like air in the line (no pull until basically flooring the pedal, then locking the wheels).
