I got my new Lexus ES at Lexus of Mount Kisco. I chose Lexus because I personally think they're the best looking car in all luxury brand. When I got there, I was helped by the most passionate Lexus salesman I've ever encountered, John. He even owned a Lexus himself. I couldn't be happier with my decision and I think anyone in the market for a Lexus should check these guys out first.

After having looked around at a bunch of a dealerships and most were just there, they weren't offering anything special and were not willing to negotiate whatsoever. I went to Lexus of Mount Kisco, simply because it was close to my job and found that I should have stopped there first. The people were nice, the salesman that actually helped me and was willing to negotiate with me. I got the deal that I wanted and it was really easy.

After hearing a rattle in my engine, I went into Lexus of Mt. Kisco to get it checked out. I walked-in and my car was attended to almost immediately. They walked me through what was wrong with the car and luckily for me, it was something small. It didn't cost an arm and a leg and I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

I've driven a Lexus since I got my license years ago, I have never had a problem and when I was looking around for my new lexus es, I came into Lexus of Mount Kisco because of the excellent customer service and the simplistic approach to purchasing a car. there are no overwhelming salesmen, no pushy financial managers and their turnaround to car delivery is the shortest I've ever seen.

A friend recommended Lexus of Mt. Kisco because she said she'd had good experiences here, so I looked at the dealership when shopping for my new IS C. The sales staff is really professional and friendly, not at all pushy. The prices here were the best of everywhere I searched. The whole process was quick and painless. And of course, I love my new car.

I visited Lexus of Mount Kisco under recommendation of a family friend and could not be happier. the sales staff was genuinely interested in my business, they asked me questions, they made shopping around a breeze. I drove off in my CT hybrid with a great deal and a smile from ear to ear.

My husband and I just purchased a RX 400h used from Joe and he was the most knowledgeable salesman that I've ever worked with. He also was patient with explaining all that we needed to know about owning a hybrid. He also followed up the very next day with us to make sure all was ok. I highly recommend this dealership.
