I had a bad experience today returning a part one guy was eating the other was on the phone they act like I was bothering them no enthusiasm not very helpful
Took my 2024 Jeep Wagoneer in for an oil change on 7/28/25, the experience was great. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I thanked everyone and continued with my day only to get 4 miles away, had to turn around because my truck was misfiring, turning off, and my collision light came on. They kept my truck 2 weeks, I picked it up my vehicle on Friday, August 15th and took it back on the next day. The vehicle was misfiring, turning off, and now my check engine is on, they were still very nice, they only do oil changes on Satur... read more
