We are full-time RVers, so we have to plan well ahead for everything. We had called and made an appointment a month ago to have a recall for a clutch replacement on our Wrangler. We asked about having parts available when making the appointment, and yah, yah, we know what we need. I should have know there was a problem when they said a clutch replacement would take 2 and half hours. It's a 3 day job.
