On 3/26/25, I went online to your Darcar website located in Frederick, MD to inquire about a vehicle I wanted to purchase. At the time I was just checking for avaliablity. Bryanna has been great! Her customer service is outstanding. I recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to this dealership and see Bryanna in Ford service department. She goes above and beyond.
I strongly advise against using this dealership for service repairs. During a routine oil change for my F-150, which had no check engine light, they inexplicably unplugged the air flow sensor. Following this, they quoted me $700 to fix the 'problem.' This behavior is completely unacceptable for any Ford dealership. To further illustrate the issue, I took my vehicle to another mechanic.
