Abu was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted with a new car purchase including making the insurance was transferred and was very patient with having to wait for my bank to clear the payment.
Bottom line up front: Expect the bare minimum required by contract or law with sub par customer service. Poor experience with DARCARS Service Department in Lanham, Maryland and with national Ford Customer Service. Background: I brought my Ford in for transmissions problems covered by extended warranty. The service department did not correctly diagnose all the issues on the first or even second try. On the third try they finally fixed the transmission.
