Paid $1,600 for an alignment that was never actually done I brought my 2021 Ford Explorer (69k miles) in for an oil change and tire sensor pricing. The ford Lanham dealership told me that I needed an front axle repair and a 4-wheel alignment. Total bill: $3,300 ($1,600 out of pocket after warranty). I picked the car up on a Thursday. Terrible dealership. Whole staff should be fired. Beyond awful customer service.
Unfortunately, this review cannot be given less than 1 star. I want to start with the fact that this dealership did in fact have the vehicle that I was looking for with the miles and the make/model I wanted. I also want to say that the ONLY person at this entire dealership who was helpful and showed care for their customers was Wikus in the service center.
