Good god - this place is a mess! I had an appointment today and arrived a little before my appointment time. The place was a madhouse. First - as I sat and waited, I was forced to listen to a couple of ignorant staff members repeatedly ask for customers by the name of Jimenez (they pronounced it GIMenz) and Dominguez (they pronounced it DomingWEZ). The service here is very bad. I took my car there for specific repairs and they did only half of them. Their body shop does very bad work as well. Their body shop manager is arrogant, rude, and insulting. There are plenty of other places in Baltimore to buy a car or go for service.
