I placed an order with the parts department on March 12th, and it still says “pending” in my online account. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get ahold of someone to find out the status of my order - I’ve tried calling (nobody picked up), emailing (no response), and the person over text keeps saying they’ll have someone call or email me, but that has yet to happen. Customer service seems non-existent here. Can someone please reach out to me, and prove me wrong?
Original Toyota battery lasted >9 years and 130k miles, knew I wanted a replacement from Toyota. 355 Parts department went above and beyond to get me a replacement same day- thank you!
