I call requesting for their service and was no response; I guess they do not need new clients. If she doesn’t want my busy she should told me, also be more professional and polite over the office. I am not ask for a free service but I will be paying a lot of money for it. I will not recommend since they are very rude and unprofessional.
This firms tax expertise is fantastic. They are very meticulous in the prepartion and review of tax returns. The audits are excellent. The workpapers are very well regarded by the IRS and NY tax authorities.
