I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing and extremely serious issue involving my mother’s apartment at Darby House Senior Apartments, 1400 Darbytown Road, Henrico, VA. My mother resides at Darbyhouse Apartments for Seniors, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the current office management. The office manager, Samantha, is frequently unavailable and consistently displays an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. I personally witnessed her ignore a phone call from my mother while I stood at the office door—she saw the call coming in and chose not to answer. What if that had been an emergency?
