My mother resides at Darbyhouse Apartments for Seniors, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with the current office management. The office manager, Samantha, is frequently unavailable and consistently displays an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude. I personally witnessed her ignore a phone call from my mother while I stood at the office door—she saw the call coming in and chose not to answer. What if that had been an emergency? The building is kept very clean. My phone messages or emails get answered very fast, and our maintenance guy is the best. Another plus is that we have our own extra storage unit on the same floor. Trash chute and laundry is on the same floor too.
