I have lived in Sawbranch for several years..I currently HATE IT HERE!! Several other residents have stated the same thing!! These apartments are falling apart!! Mold is growing in the bathroom!! This place is in need OF PRESSURE WASHING!! SPIDER WEBS ARE EVERYWHERE!!! Slack residents are leaving their trash outside their door for days at a time!! This was reported 2 Lisa !! Her attitude needs adjusting! This apartments complex has went down over the years!! Will be looking 4 a new place 2 call home cos this isn't it!!
I lived at The Landing in a perfect little townhouse and wanted to shout out Darby Development. I loved everything about living there. The maintenance staff was quick when I had any issues. The management team was absolutely incredible-efficient and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure there were community events scheduled for holidays, or for a random Friday night. Darby is an amazing company to work for, 8 yrs and counting. I have also lived in a Darby community and was very pleased with my apartment and customer service.
