The attorney Andrew whom I worked with reached out to me after I was shocked by the bill. I was blind sighted by the amount of fees that were accrued. In my discussion with Andrew he mentioned that moving forward him and his firm will try to be more mindful about billing transparency. Andrew said the firm will work with me on getting the bill paid. They “defended” myself and partner in a child support case. Told me that it would be 750 dollars for the hearing and paperwork. We paid that, and the lawyer they sent stuttered over every word she spoke. Didn’t know our case at all, and I then had to speak up for myself. Now they’re saying we owe an additional 550 dollars, won’t give me detailed invoices, or information. I never agreed to pay more than 750, that was never said. Hired for a custody situation. Got to the hearing date and an alternate lawyer from the group was used because the original one assigned to my case was taking a vacation. The alternative did not make sure what she agreed to was correct with me prior to signing. Notified them of the error in the order. They said they would handle it, acquired more charges for their mistake but they never filed the correction. I have reached out multiple times in regard to this matter only to be ignored. Not worth the thousands spent.

Called the Law office on July 26, explained my situation and was assured I would get a call back. As of today, almost 3 weeks later not even a Courtesy call back. Poor way to run a business!

Lauren and her colleagues went above and beyond for my family. They did not only focus on the legal aspect of our needs but focused on all of our needs. She was amazing. Kind and compassionate with us, but fought without reserve for our needs. She is exceptional.
