I Was represented by this group and Riley frank was my attorney from this group! She was very professional and took the time to explain everything and answer any question I had! I will be using her again here in the future for my custody case!
Gm let me start off by saying I love the Communication at the beginning but than had appointment and spoke to Andrew who was very negative about the case asking other attorneys name that who I have got a quote from was more concerned about the father than understanding what I’m going through as a mother loosing her child very disappointed with this firm to allow him to mistreat anyone if u have other options please use them
The attorney Andrew whom I worked with reached out to me after I was shocked by the bill. I was blind sighted by the amount of fees that were accrued. In my discussion with Andrew he mentioned that moving forward him and his firm will try to be more mindful about billing transparency. Andrew said the firm will work with me on getting the bill paid. They “defended” myself and partner in a child support case. Told me that it would be 750 dollars for the hearing and paperwork. We paid that, and the lawyer they sent stuttered over every word she spoke. Didn’t know our case at all, and I then had to speak up for myself. Now they’re saying we owe an additional 550 dollars, won’t give me detailed invoices, or information. I never agreed to pay more than 750, that was never said.
