Got a call back from his clinic. I had left a message inquiring if Dr. Heitzman had knowledge of a specific rare neuro disorder I had before I go through all of the motions. She said it "seems like he might." Not very reassuring. The lady said I would need to fax over all my records and proceeded to try and give me a fax number like I had a pen in my hand at the very moment she called. I called the facility to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told they will not see any patient that has been in a car accident. I was appalled and have never heard such bullshit before. Find another provider for services. Highly NOT recommended.

We fly in from Denver every four months just to see Dr. Heitzman for my husband Jamie's motorneuron disease. Doctor is friendly, kind, emphatic and caring, But most of all, well-versed and knowledgeable on this condition. We do our share of reading and see many doctors and find Dr. Heitzman to be top-notch. Thank you, doctor and your staff for your expertise and care in helping us fight this devastating disease. ❤️
