It's no longer the only Thai restaurant in town, but it remains most folks' favorite. With enticing dishes such as Evil Jungle Princess, who can blame them? A wide variety of vegetarian options are among the curries, rice and noodle dishes on the menu. Satays and Tom Yum Gai soup are also favorite options. The staff is very willing to customize the dishes to fit your desired level of spice and your dietary restrictions. Full bar service is available and the dining room is minimilist, but welcoming nonetheless.

Its a pit stop every time I'm in town
I’m from Malaysia. Came to Flagstaff for the Grand Canyon. Arrived yesterday. Spotted it on our way to our hotel. Read the reviews. Thailand is our neighbour. Most Malaysians are familiar with Thai cuisine since forever. In fact in the northern & north-eastern part of Malaysia, the food is greatly influenced by that of southern Thailand. So— Dara Thai — absolutely delish.❤️❤️❤️
My favorite place to eat when in Flagstaff. Evil Jungle Princess is just a perfect dish.
I've been eating at Dara Thai since 1996, when it was located on Rt. 66, and it was the only Thai restaurant in Flagstaff. Of all the Thai restaurants in Flagstaff nowadays, it's still my favorite place. I like the decor and spaciousness of the dining area, I love the menu selections, and I'm always treated well by the servers. I live 60 miles away and I still drive to Flagstaff to enjoy the delicious food.
Food is delicious. Service is great. 2nd time here and loved it both times.
This is an excellent Thai restaurant in a wonderful town in an amazing state.
