Dara came in to help our realtor part way through the process of selling our home. Her expertise, insight, and quick responses helped us sell our home quickly and for over asking. She was so on top of everything!! We were so grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!
We worked with Dara as our buying agent for a property in Durham NC. She was extraordinarily active, engaged, and responsive - she worked tirelessly to stay on top of the market and give us a chance to get a house in an extremely competitive part of the market. It all worked out, mainly because of how focused, intense and relentless Dara was, as well as always present and communicative with us. Highly recommend, especially if you're bidding in a highly competitive area.

We loved working with Dara! We really appreciated her patience and willingness to help us find a home in a neighborhood outside of her normal zone of expertise.
