We worked with Dara to buy a house when we relocated to Durham from the Midwest. It ended up being a somewhat lengthy process after our first purchase fell through and I was so grateful for her guidance and encouragement through it all. Dara is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and gives great advice without being pushy. Her recommendations for local plumbers, electricians, etc. have also been very valuable.
