Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's app... read more

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this OBGYN promptly notify you about any test results? Yes, they were fairly prompt Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Dr. Brown is very personable, very knowledgeable and professional. I have been seeing him for about 9 years. I am always impressed by the service and time that is spent with me each visit. I have had two children while under his care. I recommend Dr. Brown without hesitation.
