I've been going to Dar's for many years now and she always does a nice job. Dar and Kathy are easy to get along with and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Dar's is conveniently located in downtown Jamestown and I have no problem recommending them to anyone looking to get a haircut.
Dar is wonderful and she cuts hair with absolute professional. She's been my barber for many years.
