Had the displeasure of being referred to this lawyer. Charged senior lawyer rates for routine clerical work. Initial retainer set out $5,000.00 for routine searches and investigation and another $5,000 should the matter have reached litigation. She ended up using the full $10,000 retainer we gave her for searches and investigation only without our prior authorization. The matter never reached litigation.
