Completely unreliable. Had an appointment on a Monday to fix a leak in a room that is under construction in my home... water is taking its toll on the newly installed drywall. The lady that rents my basement called me at 6am to tell me the hot water heater was leaking. Luckily it wasn't super bad and there was a drain. I was out of town but was coming home that night and had to call a few plumbers to try to get a new heater for the next day because it was about 30 years old and knew it was time! Denzell's price was more than 1000.00 less than one quote! He showed up a little after 8am and was finished in a few hours. I'll definitely call him if I need a plumber again!
