Caitlin Campbell is an AMAZING broker, and I highly recommend her because of the considerate and thorough search she provided. I was helping a friend find an ADA compliant and friendly two bedroom apartment, and Caitlin went above and beyond in her search, really being mindful of the needs and accessibility requirements for someone with a disability. Super friendly, excellent communication, well thought out and exclusive listings, and very patient- we couldn’t have asked for a better broker!
We looked at a rental by Mark Placek at D'Aprile and decided to go for it. He sent us the application, we applied and paid the fee. After waiting for 5 days, he told us that he suddenly had competing offers and accepted a different applicant. We seem to have been used to push the price and gen an additional fee from us. Be cautious of this super shady agency. You will be used and money will be taken!
