Excellent Dr and human being.
Extremely poor knowledge of policies involving billing. I have an insurance company that just about no eye doctors accept, and therefore I have always just paid full price for exams. The receptionist seriously said “we aren’t on plan with your company, sorry. “ I told her that’s okay. I am used to that and am going to be a cash patient. Her response was “Oh no. Once we know you have insurance we don’t accept, we aren’t ALLOWED to see you. That would be ILLEGAL ma’am!” Ummm whattheactualf??? I tried to tell her that was nonse... read more
My son is 10 and has had eye issues since 6. We just moved to this area and based on reviews I thought I'd try them. They said they don't see patients with eye or seeings issues only ones with extreme severe medical conditions. What the heck? That makes no sense... I've never heard of eye doctors refusing to see patients with vision issues for checkups.. yikes!
