Excellent Dr and human being.
Extremely poor knowledge of policies involving billing. I have an insurance company that just about no eye doctors accept, and therefore I have always just paid full price for exams. The receptionist seriously said “we aren’t on plan with your company, sorry. “ I told her that’s okay. I am used to that and am going to be a cash patient. Her response was “Oh no. Once we know you have insurance we don’t accept, we aren’t ALLOWED to see you. That would be ILLEGAL ma’am!” Ummm whattheactualf??? I tried to tell her that was nonse... read more
