Had a similar experience as Lexi below, booked through amazon home services. They tried to arrive at a time outside the agreed upon window, when I politely corrected them they agreed upon a time, then arrived two hours late. The representative for Daphne’s then tried to charge me 50% more for the agreed upon cleaning, stating that since there was some light debris on the floor from the actual moving (I paid for a “move out cleaning”) that it was outside the scope. I used Amazon Home Services to schedule an appointment with Daphne's (they accepted my bid for a specific time and date). This was scheduled several weeks prior to the planned date, with plenty of time for adjustments on either end if needed. The night before they were supposed to arrive, they sent a message stating a completely different time than the one we agreed on.
