Over the Top Amazing: caring kind compassionate excellence honor happy & no post surgery issues like at the hospitals I have had procedures at.
First off I despise going to any Doctors office or hospital. My experience here was great. The whole staff was fantastic, even at 5:45 in the morning :). Good energy and they got me in and out of my surgery very quickly. Great job!
This was my first time having surgery here and I had the greatest experience! Everyone was so kind and efficient from the moment I arrived. Everyone introduced themselves and talked me through the process as we went. Christy, robin, and Lisa, my pre and post op nurses were so amazing with everything. Dr Cusa and her CRNA (Patrick, I think but at that point when I met him I was a little drowsy lol) were also incredible!
