My wife had a scheduled consultation that was conducted by a fill-in physician, Dr LeMon. This doctor made a definitive decision to deny all fertility treatment based on a single health metric. She did not have the context of my wife's full history and made no effort to understand it. It is unprofessional for a temporary doctor to make such a life-altering decision without consulting our primary physician or offering a collaborative path forward. The lack of empathy and clinical nuance was shocking.
