Daphne Fitbody has been a life changer for me. I began 4.5 years ago with NO intention of continuing long term. Fast forward to now and I LOVE everything about this program. I love FBF! Our coaches are the BEST. They make working out fun and make sure our form is correct in order to keep us safe. I would recommend FBF to anyone who wants to increase strength and mobility.
When I started the program I was having problems getting on my knees and getting up. After my free trial I decided to join it was one the best thing I ever done. I can now get on my knees and get up. My balance is better and they also have the best coaches. Best of all the exercises are catered to your ability.
