Dr. Bryan's staff are incompetent of performing the basic tasks of submitting referrals, communicating with insurance providers, and communicating with patients. They scheduled an appointment without consulting with the patient, didn't get approval from the insurance provider, and in fact never contacted the insurance provider to get approval leaving the patient waiting for a week just to have their appointment cancelled by the specialist the night before their appointment. Horrible experience!!
Mr. Bryan is an excellent Physician who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the more complex medical concerns. I would strongly recommend her if you looking for an competent and caring physician.
