My husband had a visit with her and she was very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t listen to us. When we were at the check out she said something very rude to her staff in the hallway about my husband. Half of it was not true but she wasn’t listening during the appointment. Anyone could have heard what she said which had to do with his visit.
Dr. Goodnight is great !! She really cares and talks with patients, explains everything!! Would highly recommend visiting her for any kind of health related issues !!!!
I first wanted to say that Dao was just amazing! She makes you smile and feel so comfortable talking about what you are going through! I was just so happy to find a clinic that is part of Norman Regional! The receptionist was so nice as well. Thank you
I have NEVER received such poor care in all my life. The staff is extremely rude, disorganized. Dao does a 5 minute chit chat and walks out the door. The lady at the front desk hangs up on you because she doesnt want to do her job and the office supervisor is unprofessional and talks down to you instead of to you. 3 months later and Im still playing ping pong referral for a thyroid scan I should have had 3 months ago.....Hopefully Im not dead before they decide to do their job....Bypass waterview east. Youll thank me later
