I have a Danze kitchen faucet model D409112SS, that developed a leak. I emailed and called. The only response that I got was an automated email, with an incident number of 200330-000406. I waited a week with no faucet in the kitchen, and today I ordered a Moen. Every Moen faucet I have (7 of them in other rooms) works flawlessly.
Danze products are showroom quality fine fixtures for residential and commercial.... There is no better choice anyone, anywhere or anytime someone can make when upgrading, remodeling or design and building from scratch....Danze is the way to go. Lifetime warranty says it all. This company has the best customer service and stands behind their products.
All Danze on my small house with 2 & 1/2 baths plus kitchen. Whenever one leaks or breaks, they’ll replace it ASAP for free. Amazing customer service!
We used Danze in our master bath and love the look. Any time we have had problems, they honor their lifetime warranty, no questions asked! Amazing company that actually backs up the customer.
I had an issue with my faucet head on my faucet in kitchen. I was so upset because no one seemed to be able to help me fix it or find a new part. I’m not sure why I didn’t go straight to Danze! I finally found my papers and called their toll free number. I called on a Saturday and had my new part in days!! It’s like a whole new sink again! I will never, ever buy anything but Danze again!
They could actually stand by their products and resolve issues quickly instead of dragging them out. I sent back a faulty product to their US address, as per their instructions, on February 12, 2019. Today is April 29, 2019 and I keep getting the 'testing report' is not back yet. Shoddy customer service and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
They really do stand by their warranty and they are beautiful, functioning faucets.
