This service does not take concerns seriously, when I said I had a problem with my eye, they said, well, you live in las vegas.While trying to get them to contact my insurance company, they charged huge amounts of interest to my bill. They did not allow me an appointment (when they are only in town a couple of times a year) because they had not received my latest payment.
