We have known Danyelle and her family for many years. When we decided to sell our first and only home of 40 years, we asked Danyelle to be our realtor. Danyelle was both patient and professional—professional in that she truly knows the ins and outs of the real estate business, and patient when it came to answering our questions and clearing up our confusion! She was also remarkably responsive—always quick to get back to us, or to let us know when she would be available. We found her very easy to work with, and we also had very positive impressions of the inspector and workers she brought in to assist in the purchasing process. Five stars all the way!
Danyelle was recommended to us by a friend, and was a godsend when selling my sister's townhome in San Antonio. My sister and I both live in Austin. She told us the home could sell for a certain amount without restoration, and a much higher amount with restoration. Nervously, we opted for the restoration.
