Worst front office staff I've ever dealt with in my life. Multiple times they have gotten appointment dates or times wrong wasting hours of my time, multiple times they have refused to fill essential medications leaving me with serious medical side effects, multiple times the front office staff are rude and hard to work with. They will always leave you in a lurch and refuse to help you. Dr. Long is great, but scheduling anything with her is like pulling teeth.
