The hold time is very high, which is understandable. But I have had multiple occasions of people hanging up on me when I finally get through, trying to get proper documents for the veterans. I work at a Cardiologist office. This is an embarrassment for our veterans.
All I will say is 2 stars
I lost my brother 21 years ago due to the incompetent staph
We have had an overall great experience with the VA. My dad is a disabled retired Vet and we have interacted with Holly a social worker as part of our team, Hannah a social worker from Community Care and Dan our specialist from Mobility and all I can say is wow - they are so kind, helpful and competent in the services they provide for my dad. This VA facility has treated me better and quicker than any other medical facility... Including Carle over in Champaign. The pharmacy is awesome. The coffee lady is great. I can see my fellow disabled veterans getting the help they need. Thank you VA, thank Donald Trump.
