I can never make an appointment about any concerns with my provider. Any time I have had an issue, whether major or minor, the triage nurse refuses to schedule appointments for patients and just tells them to go to the ER. I can only see my provider for annual check ups. It seems like they want something traumatic to happen to you before you are able to be considered a patient to care for. 100% would not recommend.
Has its good and bad points but probably the most irritating and unprofessional thing about the place is the lady who answers the phone and lets you speak for a few seconds, then rudely interrupts and loudly asks, “Last name and last four?”. Human beings have developed a system of manners for a reason! I now start by immediately saying my last name and last four in a raised voice like I’m still in the military.
