Negligent. Do not trust them. They will cancel your appointment last minute.
This is the worst VA, which is also run by Valor Healthcare. Do yourself a favor and go to Lynchburg or Kernersville for care, because this location is an absolute nightmare! I would give zero stars if I could. AWFUL! Zero respect for veterans and the care they DESERVE.
Had an appointment this morning and doors were locked and building looked vacant, after driving 40 minutes to an appointment that's been a scheduled for a year. This happened last year too at an old location.
I have been going to this clinic for years. Yes I'm satisfied with the services they provide.
Probably my best appointment I've had in years. Great staff, thank you. Well...it was pretty good. It's as if nobody wants to work there. Every time I need an appointment now, it's somebody temporary because so and so left.
