Had an appointment this morning and doors were locked and building looked vacant, after driving 40 minutes to an appointment that's been a scheduled for a year. This happened last year too at an old location.
I have been going to this clinic for years. Yes I'm satisfied with the services they provide.
Probably my best appointment I've had in years. Great staff, thank you. Well...it was pretty good. It's as if nobody wants to work there. Every time I need an appointment now, it's somebody temporary because so and so left.
Every time I call the receptionist, she interrupts or cuts me off before giving me a chance to complete my sentence. For example, I was trying to describe my pain in my arm when she just interrupted in the middle of my sentence to ask me for my last 4 social security numbers. After I told her, she asked me to tell her what was wrong. Had she given me the courtesy of waiting a few seconds for me to complete my sentence, she wouldn’t have had to ask me to tell her my symptoms all over again. I've utilized this clinic for over 11 yrs and it is poorly organized, services and sop unclear they change frequently. Provider turnover affecting continuity of carewhich is poor. If moving to the area I recommend researching other clinics.
