My father has taken his 2011 Tacoma to this location three times now trying to get a proper alignment. Three times now the service department has told him that they cannot adjust caster. This is unacceptable. All suspension components on the truck have recently been replaced and are brand new. Cleary whoever is on the alignment rack at this location has no idea what they are doing.
