Customer service wise they are awesome. But service wise, the technicians have zero respect for customers vehicles. Granted my car isn’t spotless when dropped off but when picked up, there is always grease had prints all over my car both inside and out. My last oil change there, they spilled numerous quarts of oil all over my motor and failed to clean or report it. I feel getting your make of vehicle worked on by a mechanic who specializes in that brand is the right choice. Danville Toyota does good work, prices are competitive. If you're an old fart like me you might want to make appointments online because, like all businesses today, getting someone on the phone in the service department is not as easy as it should be.
