I recommend that you avoid using their Service Department! My first bad encounter was a few months ago when I took my wife's Highlander in for an oil change. When I received the sheet indicating the work done to the car, the tires were recommended to be changed and were listed as being in the "Red" category. I asked the Service manager to look at the tires with me.
