Terrible! They don't care about the clients all! This is a for-profit business and they run it like one. Many programs don't have the funding to provide happy, healthy, safe environments. No money for food, activities, hygiene products or ISPs goals. It takes weeks to fix equipment such as dishwashers, or washing machines or sinks.
