The people are very nice, but completely tied by rules and regulations. If you are having a mental health crisis, there is always some reason they can't help you. They only fast track you if you are on drugs. The psychiatrists actually aren't in person, they are all virtual. The counselors are nice, but if you are trying to get immediate health, I can not recommend this place. I am truly not impressed with those that work in this facility. Not trustworthy. Do not care about their patients. Will waste your time. Not dependable. Incompetence.
