Worst experience EVER!!! These evil people aren’t out to help you at all. Mothers needing help do not go here, they will call CPS on you and then get you TDO and thrown into a mental facility! I had Very traumatic experience that I’m trying to slowly recover from. If you need help PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! They don’t care about your well being at all. There are other places that will work with you , that will truly care about getting you services to help you and NOT HURT YOU.
Please do not waste your time with this place. They are constant no shows. The peer support is a complete joke. Good luck.
Asked a peer support specialist to sign a document stating that they were not involved in or aware of a- any plot or action that violates my right to pursue happiness and b- any plot or action that would cause me to attempt suicide or wish for death. She refused to sign it. Close enough to a confession of conspiracy to attempt murder by suicide.
So my previous review was ignored and today their peer support specialist calls me and we discuss going to the food bank which I know I gave not done this month because I've been sticking to the food that a friend purchased for me. That gaslighting is why I wanted to die. It must stop.
The people are very nice, but completely tied by rules and regulations. If you are having a mental health crisis, there is always some reason they can't help you. They only fast track you if you are on drugs. The psychiatrists actually aren't in person, they are all virtual. The counselors are nice, but if you are trying to get immediate health, I can not recommend this place.
