If I could really say what I think of StoneMor and their property in Greenville,S.C. is that they are very lacking in customer care.My mom and brother and my grandparents are buried at Graceland Cemetery West. Ever since we had my mom's service in December of 2019 we have so many problems and the people who work there will come up with so many excuses and give the run around, they have had to replace my brothers marker when it was damaged by grounds crew cutting grass and granite had to be replaced from being drove on vase r... read more
They own Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro NC. Part of driveway has been blocked off for months due to road collapsing. They will not repair.
If I could give the 0 stars I would !! Our cemetery looks HORRIBLE !! The mausoleum is leaking !! Water standing on the inside !! They run over stones !! Breaking the vases !! Leaving tire gully's all over the cemetery !! The road is horrendous !! Stones are sinking !! And what are the doing to fix it ??? NOTHING !! StoneMor this needs to be fixed !! This Company should NOT Be in this business. They just Pass the Buck! So sad that they have NO Compassion for any Family. I have read other Reviews and I Can't Believe that the Attorney General has not got involved. Maybe that Might be a good idea! So Sad! No Star Rating!!!!!!!!!

Run from these people. Forest Hills Memorial Gardens charge 3 times more than everyone else. The service is absolute horrible. Poor upkeep of grounds. I would move my parents if I could afford it.
