I have lived here for over a decade. When I first moved in the assistant office manager and the maintenance staff were so pleasant and helpful to fix the issues that happened. The last few years no one cares. My ceiling in the bathroom leaks on you while using the toilet. I have made them aware and this is going on 2 years. There’s mold in the carpet and rats in the ceiling on the basement hallway. Don’t bother calling the office as Tecorra doesn’t seem to be bothered. This is really not a good place to live. The air conditioner never works properly and I promise you this place is haunted. I have heard the ghosts and seen very strange things on the camera we installed in my uncles apartment due to his condition. The office manager is hardly ever there and only cares about money.
I have lived here for about 9 years and I like it a lot. The residents are very friendly.
