Great place! I'm new to working out. Lots of encouragement from instructor/owner Jeannie and fellow classmates. Loving the results I've seen so far. Highly recommend.
Love this class and love the instructor! She is always energetic and pushes you during the workout which makes the 30 minutes fly by. Your butt is definitely kicked after the class! The workouts are different and fun each day and my whole body gets a great workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to give Boot Camp a try.
