Have been waiting almost two months for them to send a prescription in for my son that has to be compounded through a speciality pharmacy. They finally sent it in and didn’t bother to give him refills. He is to NEVER go without his medication. Called and asked several times why the medication wasn’t called in and was told “we’re working on it.” Insurance eventually called them wondering where the script was because they approved the PA over a month ago. I was extremely satisfied with my initial visit with Dr. Slone. Wait time appropriate for both waiting room and exam. Office staff was very pleasant and Dr. Salli showed interest and concern regarding my skin issues. She is the very first dermatologist I have ever been to that scanned my full body for potential unknown problematic moles or dermatitis. It's most unfortunate that "wait time" is the biggest complaint. We could all use a little patience.
Where would I start??? RUDE office staff, I mean RUDE, and I've been waiting over a YEAR for my Dupixent from the company and no one bothered to follow up on it, had 2 pharmacies on the phone, AND Dr. Slone's office and still no resolution, a week later, still no medicine and I'm in a full blown flare up! One of the office staff told me I could not get it anymore, like she is a Dr., and the other one told me she didn't have time to spend on the phone with me. If I could have given no stars I would have… This morning I had a 10:10 appointment sat there until 10:55 and finally left after telling me they should be calling me soon But I decided to leave because once they call me, I have to sit in the exam room for another 30 minutes until Melissa comes in. This is unacceptable business practice!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
