Very disappointed. They have rarely been available when I tried to follow up with another appointment. The receptionist is rude, and irritable. They have changed appointment time last minute via text, which I agreed to and set aside the time to be available and then received to call back. I had communicated clearly that this was to be via phone, not in person. Whatever the reasons, it has been made clear they are not interested in this form of communication.
