My check from my HSA was delayed in arriving. Danville Anesthesia Associates sold my bill to a collection agency (understandably). When the check finally arrived, instead of noting in their records that the account had already been sold, they cashed the check. I am now forced to deal with the debt collection agency because their billing department couldn't be bothered to check their records before receiving a payment.
Currently TRYIGN to pay a bill. They sent me a bill with an online pay access code. This code does not work. The phone number on the bill also gives a busy signal twice and hangs up. These are typical business hours
