Eaten @ every Danver's location that I can recall existing for as far back as my memory goes. From grade school lunch breaks with my folks to Sunday mornings spent nursing hangovers throughout college with my buds, the Legendary Hot Roast Beef has never once let me down. Can't be beat, won't be beat. A Memphis tradition that will never die, long live Danver's!
The catfish is just terrible and I mean terrible went on Friday I need a refund but just get better fish what happened to the original fish nice side pieces the cheap way is not working
It's too bad to see poor leadership and management running Danver's into the ground and not appearing to care. I, like many others, have fond memories of good, hearty food from Danver's. Now pries are too high, food is skimpy (RBs with maybe a third of the beef they should have), stores are dirty and run down, and they don't respond to emails. Clearly poor, poor leadership.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Memphis, friendly and the food's great.
Danver's has always been a special place for my Wife and I. She likes the roast beef and I think their hamburgers are the best anywhere. Hamburger and a baked potato is delicious. March 12th we made the trip to Danver's and they are touting the new improved hamburger. What a disappointment! Who in the heck decided to mess with the best burger out there? Now it tastes like the same horsemeat that you get at all the other hamburger joints. I want my Danver's burger back like it was!
