Slow slow slow! Wait for food and shakes are even longer. Usually unclean inside and outside.
To be honest, I was disappointed, especially since I brought someone that had never been to a Cook Out before. The ones in North Carolina and Lynchburg, VA are much better. The person that took our order was nice, but the food tasted like it just came out of a microwave, not off a charcoal grill. Burger King would have been better.
Great food and reasonably priced.
