Great in their craft. Some wait for sure but definately worth it. Dr. Is personally involved. Answers urgent calls. Texts back. Doesn't cut you off if you want to do delayed vaccination. And is not expensive at all.
Dr. Jackson is great but the staff is atrocious. Wait times are long and the staff behind the counter has no sense of urgency. The last straw is them sending our child's labs to an out of network provider without telling us. We received a $749 bill and they refuse to help forcing us to file an appeal and may eventually submit a complaint under the "No Surprise Act". Again, the doctor is great but expect over 1 hour wait times and surprises from billing.
Dr. Danuta Jackson Curtis is undeniably exceptional, displaying a deep passion for her practice, her clients, and the field of medicine as a whole. She provides clear insights into what is right, explains the situation thoroughly, and guides you on effective management strategies. Her professionalism, kindness, compassion, and attention to detail truly set her apart. We definitely struck gold by having her as our healthcare provider.
Here's my Google review. These ratings on maps do not reflect her practice well being so high. On Google itself her rating is now 3.2 with so many negative reviews and similar issues and concerns such as mine.
Doctor Jackson is great and straight forward no runaround and is very respectful to your beliefs
