I am incredibly disappointed with our experience at this pediatric office. We were informed that our insurance denied claims because they were not submitted within the required filing deadline. After speaking with my insurance company, I was told the claims were filed too late. Rather than taking responsibility or working with us to resolve the issue, the office expected me to pay for charges that resulted from what appears to be a billing error. Great in their craft. Some wait for sure but definately worth it. Dr. Is personally involved. Answers urgent calls. Texts back. Doesn't cut you off if you want to do delayed vaccination. And is not expensive at all.
Dr. Jackson is great but the staff is atrocious. Wait times are long and the staff behind the counter has no sense of urgency. The last straw is them sending our child's labs to an out of network provider without telling us. We received a $749 bill and they refuse to help forcing us to file an appeal and may eventually submit a complaint under the "No Surprise Act". Again, the doctor is great but expect over 1 hour wait times and surprises from billing.
