The service was professional and quicker than I expected. The tailoring I had done was to shorten the sleeves on 4 shirts. They look great and I didn't experience any hassle. The cost was also surprisingly fair. Overall, I would recommend to anyone.
Diana was a true professional when it came to altering my wedding dress. She was patient and took extra time to make sure the alterations fit me to the most flattering shape. I am considered "plus size" and I was dreading finding a tailor, but Diana did not judge or make me feel like being bigger was making her job harder. She had to do a great deal of intricate work on the embroidered bodice of my dress and it was perfect! I felt beautiful and comfortable on my wedding day because of the care and time Diana took. I've just had my first fitting and consult, and I was honestly dreading it. But as soon as I entered, I was given a room and offered help with getting into my dress. She was super friendly and patient, especially since I have a lace-up back on my dress. She immediately identified the areas that needed to be altered, and never made me feel uncomfortable about my body. Exceptional talent!
I took my wedding gown in to be hemmed, taken in a few inches, the straps shortened, and a bustle added. Also the way that the fabric was made it bunched up on my stomach and made a crease. I was so upset that I had paid so much money from a designer for this dress to look unflattering on me and Diana met with me 4 times to try different ways to fix it.
