This agency has been keeping my deposit since I moved out from one of its managed properties. It has been 4 months and despite many attempts to get an answer for the matter, Kevin and his team has not given any reason why they did not release my deposit. They tried to keep silent and only said in an email (when the landlord stepped in) they dont know why and that's it. In addition, I just checked and it seems the deposit was not kept safely as per the contract with DPS.
Initially we engaged Danson to provide input into how to maximise our limited budget to best to improve our home. We were not originally planning to sell but when the lovely Taylor told us they had potential buyers and the figures involved, we reconsidered. Following a meeting with Kevin Oakes, the owner of the business, we decide to take the plunge. Been in touch with Kevin from Danson a few times over the last couple of years. Very knowledgeable about property services and the industry. Was able to answer all of my crazy questions, and responds to emails/messages very quickly. Keeps to promises and doesn’t over-promise and under-deliver.
I was very impressed with Danson property service. The processing time was very short period and everything went very smoothly. It was very competitive as 17 people viewed the house. However, Kevin always communicated with us very promptly with all relevant information and he is very professional , friendly and knowledgeable. We submitted all relevant documents and easily received the house which we never though. I would highly recommend this property service.
Kevin, Daniel and the team help us selling our house in Welling. The process was smooth from them coming to see the property for a valuation, to instrcuting them, carrying out the viewings, going through all the offer we've recieved and dealing with our buyers. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend their family business.
